MG House

New building, built in an urban context. Poor soil quality resulted in the choice of a deep base system characterized by a small diameter reinforced concrete poles. The superstructure is a typical example of a non-dissipative, framed structure made under the recent NTC2018 and designed by dynamic seismic analysis.
