The intervention carried out involves the recovery of two small housing units, for agricultural use, annexed to premises formerly used as a stable, on the ground floor of a three floors building in severe state of faticence, in order to obtain new spaces to be converted into the changing rooms of the company. The project involved works also of structural type, for the consolidation of the supporting walls and for the new system of internal and external openings, and plant engineering, with the installation of a new heating system and treatment of forced air with heat recovery for a perfect internal comfort, as well as a detailed study of general lighting consisting mainly of illuminating bodies with recessed led source.
