Osteria del Grigio

Project of enlargement and Interior relooking of a restaurant with a romantic atmosphere, inserted in the unique and characteristic context of a village transformed into a hotel spread and immersed in the countryside of Chianti. The goal of the client was to extend the spaces that are practical to dedicate to the production activities of cooking, preparation, plonge and dispensation, currently insufficient to perform an adequate quality service to the customers of the Osteria. In addition to the works of functional addition of the kitchen were made some distribution variations internal to the administration room, including the opening and closing of some windows doors now buffed but distinctly evident on the various external prospects, a new internal arrangement of the access scale to the raised area of the toilets, in order to create a specially screened area of service from the display walls in cor-ten steel and wood that, together with the new nuances transform the internal atmosphere by adding character and style.
