SF Wineshop

We are in the heart of Chianti, in the interior of a glorious cellar that has made famous in the world the namesake of the same name and in the interior of a building rich in history where the scent of wine is breathed and we find the typical aspects of the old cellars, stone walls, arches with brick elements and oak barrels. The objective of the property is to create a point of tasting and direct sale of wine products by converting this production of wine cellar for aging into an authentic space, without distorting its character. We have thus stripped the walls, bringing back the old stone walls, made a ceiling that integrates part of the general lighting and replacing the floorings with a traditional cotto surrounded by bands of travertine. The search for classic color and objects have completed the atmosphere, along with the study of some details such as lamps and creating wall furniture using wood oak and iron frames with corten finish. The SF wine shop crosses the time again, and the recovery of stone and cotto preserves their original characteristics, the choice of chromatims and materials is a union with traditional ones, a memory environment revisited with the modern and nostalgic taste of the old cellar.
